Qualifications
Data Analyst needed w/Master’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Healthcare Informatics or Data Analytics or Computer Science and six (6) months experience as a Data Analyst or Clinical Data Analyst performing following job duties:
Job Duties
Analyze prescription, sales and inventory data using Excel and internal pharmacy systems to support operational decision-making. Develop and maintain reports on medication usage trends, sales performance and insurance-related data. Analyze pharmacy and clinical datasets using SQL and Power BI. Build dashboards and periodic reports to track stock levels, dispense volume and revenue trends. Ensure data accuracy and perform data cleaning and validation across pharmacy and reporting systems. Monitor inventory utilization and demand patterns to support forecasting and reduce stock discrepancies and waste. Support claims processing and compliance reporting by extracting and analyzing insurance and Medicare-related data. Generate audit and compliance reports in line with internal policies and healthcare data regulations (HIPAA). Identify operational discrepancies through analysis of transaction, inventory and pharmacy records.
